At Portix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before contacting us.

What We Cover

We offer a full refund or free replacement for the following issues:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival
  • Poor quality products that do not match the description
  • Wrong item received

In these cases, you do not need to return the product. You may keep it and we will either resend the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

What We Do Not Cover

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personal reasons, such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal preference

If you still wish to return the item for a personal reason, the product must be shipped back at your own cost. Once received, we can either apply a store credit for a future order or issue a partial refund of the product price.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To start a claim, please contact us through our Contact page with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request within 1–2 business days and get back to you with a solution.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
